Coconut Grove
Coconut Grove emerges from the tropical garden culture of Coconut Grove and South Miami, where koi ponds, dense vegetation, vivid color, and living water form part of the local visual memory. Drawing on the movement of fish, the shimmer of reflection, and the graphic presence of bubbles and circular forms, the works move from observation toward abstraction. What appears is less the motif itself than its translation into rhythm, chromatic intensity, and a contemporary visual language shaped by Miami.
